Foi unha receita improvisada para reciclar dous trozos de bacalao que me quedaran dunha comida anterior.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masa base (neste caso tamén é comprada)&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;1/2 vaso de nata líquida&lt;br /&gt;Bacalao&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desmigajar o bacalao (xa estaba cociñado). Bater os ovos. Untar o molde cun pouco de aceite ou mantequilla, poñer a masa como base. Mesturar o bacalao, os ovos e a nata. Desde que as fixemos por primeira vez con esta señora, na miña casa chámanse así e teñen bastante éxito.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15 cucharadas de leite&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 sobre e medio de levadura en polvo&lt;br /&gt;15 cucharadas de aceite oliva&lt;br /&gt;15 cucharadas de anis&lt;br /&gt;15 cucharadas de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;fariña&lt;br /&gt;unha pel de laranxa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poñer a pel de laranxa nunha sarten ó lume co aceite ata que empece a fritir. Sacar do lume e deixar que se enfríe totalmente.&lt;br /&gt;Separar as claras das xemas e subir as claras a punto de neve. Mesturar os ingredientes seguindo esta orde: claras &gt; xemas batidas &gt; azúcar &gt; aceite &gt; anis &gt; leite &gt; levadura &gt; fariña (a que admita a mestura para poder traballala despois).&lt;br /&gt;Cando a masa xa teña unha textura homoxénea, darlle forma. Para esto é mellor untar un pouco as mans con aceite, así non se pega. Fritir en abundante aceite. Despois duns días de viaxe por Portugal e pola súa capital, despedímonos de Lisboa e dos lisboetas que nos acolleron cunha cea nun restaurante cunha ubicación privilexiada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Ponto final é un nome do máis axeitado. Para chegar alí, colles un barco na &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;estación de &lt;a href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cais_do_Sodr%C3%A9"&gt;Cais do Sodré&lt;/a&gt;. Cando aínda estás contendo a respiración polo punto de vista privilexiado e intentando identificar os monumentos da cidade que se deixa do outro lado do río, xa estás na outra beira do Tejo, en Cacilhas. Empezas a camiñar cara a dereita pola beira do río, alonxándote da civilización e adentrándote nun peirao en horas baixas ou semi-abandonado.  Despois de facer varias curvas desfrutando do perfil da cidade desde a outra beira, aparece &lt;a href="http://maps.google.es/maps/place?cid=677037551783570915&amp;amp;q=cais+do+Ginjal,+cacilhas&amp;amp;hl=es&amp;amp;cd=1&amp;amp;cad=src:pplink&amp;amp;ei=pMb2S8rbLsLOjAel_cV1"&gt;un restaurante&lt;/a&gt;. Pouco máis adiante e xa na fin do peirao está o &lt;a href="http://maps.google.es/maps/place?cid=13263368021426821175&amp;amp;q=cais+do+Ginjal,+cacilhas&amp;amp;hl=es&amp;amp;cd=2&amp;amp;cad=src:pplink&amp;amp;ei=pMb2S8rbLsLOjAel_cV1"&gt;Ponto Final&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Coa noite tan temperada que facía, ceamos na terraza, coas olas batendo ós nosos pes. Como é un blog de cociña direi que comemos entre outras cousas: &lt;a href="http://www.petiscos.com/receita.php?recid=434&amp;amp;catid=12"&gt;Arroz com Tamboril&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="http://www.petiscos.com/receita.php?recid=263&amp;amp;catid=10"&gt;Pataniscas de Bacallau&lt;/a&gt; e &lt;a href="http://omeualentejo.blogs.sapo.pt/arquivo/153939.html"&gt;Sericá&lt;/a&gt;. Ceamos moi ben, pero o verdadeiramente espectacular do restaurante é desfrutar desa terraza con vistas ao &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;waterfront &lt;/span&gt;de Lisboa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Despois de cear, de novo o percorrido cara ó barco, neste caso, rodeados pola penumbra e nunha calurosa noite do mes de maio. Desandar o camiño polo percorrer retorcido do peirao ata chegar ó embarcadoiro. Bater a xema de ovo. Poñer as placas de lasaña unha xunto a outra ata o tamaño dos tallaríns/espaguetis (a min coincidiume facer 3 placas á vez). Pintar as placas con ovo. Ir pegando un a un (si, un a un) os espaguetis/tallaríns nas placas de lasaña. Aquí é cando pensas: "ónde me metín, non acabo nunca", pero unha vez que se lle colle o truco vai rapidísimo. Cortar as partes sobrantes de tallaríns e separar as placas de lasaña. Volver a pintar con ovo por riba con coidado de non mover moito o "mosaico" e reservalos. Eu solo "customicei" a capa de arriba da lasaña. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Cortar a verdura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Preparar os ingredientes por separado. Eu fíxeno da seguinte forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;-Calabacín e pemento verde: asados no forno sobre unha bandexa ben untada de aceite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;-Zanahoria, pementos vermellos e amarelos: cocidos ó vapor pero deixándoos un pouco crús &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;-Cebola: caramelizala nunha sarten a lume baixiño e cunha cucharada de azúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;-Bonito: picar en dados moi pequeniños, poñerlle sal e unha pouca pementa. Fritir un pouco nunha sarten co lume moi alto para que non perda a xugosidade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Poñer unha placa de lasaña no fondo dunha bandexa untada con aceite de oliva. Ir poñendo ingredientes por capas neste orde: calabacín, pemento (verde, vermello e amarelo), zanahoria, queixo provolone, bonito, cebola, queixo provolone e por último cubrir coa tapa customizada da lasaña. As capas de queixo foron bastante sutís, para non sorecargar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Meter no forno un anaco ata que o queixo esté fundido e os ingredientes que enfriaron volvan a ter calor. Manter no forno a lume baixo ata o momento de servila. Parece moi complicada, pero merece a pena. Non me esperaba un sabor tan rico... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Co vistosa que é e co ben que sabe, a partir de ahora, vouna convertir na miña especialidade! ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;A receita orixinal é perfecta e preciosa, pero como eu o fixen con algo de presa e non atopei tagliatelle das cores axeitada, pois improvisei. Ademáis adaptei os ingredientes un pouco. Así que a adaptei (moi lixeiramente) ás miñas preferencias e aquí está o resultado:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5465576824976545282" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_5-I25inUutI/S9mhKhlVlgI/AAAAAAAAAEs/qlEf9Y67mis/s320/4.JPG" /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;250 g de mascarpone&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Azúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Fresas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Pistachos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Separar as xemas das claras. Mesturar as xemas cunhas cucharadas de azúcar e engadirlle o mascarpone. Mesturar todo ben e probar para ver se hai que engadir máis azúcar. Subir as claras a punto de neve e engadír á mestura anterior remexendo con coidado para que colla un pouco da textura das claras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Cortar as fresas pola metade e dispoñelas no vaso ata cubrir ben o fondo. Poñerlle encima unha boa capa da crema. Para adornar picar uns poucos pistachos (eu non conseguín os crús que di na receita orixinal, así que adaptéi os salados meténdoos nunha pouca auga para que perderan o sal) e poñer tamén uns taquiños de fresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Aínda que pareza algo complicado, é moi sinxelo e rápido. O que máis tempo leva é subir as claras.&lt;br /&gt;A presentación fai que sexa un postre moi vistoso, pero o certo é que a min quedoume fatal se o comparamos coa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://fogonesdelchi.blogspot.com/2009/05/tiramisu-de-fresas.html"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;receita orixinal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;. En vez de viño, tamén se lle pode poñer cervexa (Estrella Galicia, por suposto).&lt;br /&gt;Preparar a chimenea, separando os troncos que teñen llama e deixando sólo as brasas. Non ten páxina web (ou eu non a atopei), pero &lt;a href="http://conozcounsitio.com/ficha-restaurante.php?r=28&amp;amp;comentarios"&gt;aquí&lt;/a&gt; pódese atopar a carta do restaurante (cos prezos) e algunhas opinións de clientes.&lt;br /&gt;Un restaurante por dicilo de algún modo "temático", que centra a súa carta en pratos elaborados con polo ou con ovos.&lt;br /&gt;Leva case un ano aberto e desde fora vése sempre ambientillo. Fun a cear alí con algúns compañeiros de traballo antes do Nadal e ese día había moita xente.&lt;br /&gt;Pedimos uns entrantes para compartir (rabas de polo, croquetas e a ensalada do César) e despois un prato para cada un (ovos fritos con xamón, polo ao curry, polo en pepitoria e peituga de polo). O meu prato era peituga de polo, rechea de champiñóns e gambas, aderezada con mostaza. Para min sobraba un pouco de mostaza, pero o recheo estaba aceptablemente bo. Postres variados, viño, cerveza e unha copa antes de marchar.&lt;br /&gt;O ambiente é moi agradable, a decoración moi coidada e acorde co sitio, pero o servizo deixa bastante que desexar (ó mellor era porque había moita xente).&lt;br /&gt;Pagamos sobre 30 euros por persoa, un prezo que, se se cumpriran as miñas expectativas, estaría encantada de pagar, pero despois de estar alí, e a medida que pasa o tempo me parece excesivo.&lt;br /&gt;A pesares de que me tiña unhas pintas fabulosas e lle tiña moitas ganas, o regusto que me deixou foi de indiferencia. Sacalas da auga e quitarlles a segunda pel. Unha vez peladas poñelas nun bol xunto co leite e o brandy. Mesturar ou bater ata conseguir unha mestura fina.&lt;br /&gt;Separar as &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;yemas&lt;/span&gt; das claras. Mesturar as primeiras co azúcar e engadilas á mestura anterior. Bater as claras a punto de neve e engadir.&lt;br /&gt;Botar todo nun molde untado de caramelo. Na revista di que vai perfecto para ensaladas con fruta, así que me pegaría ca "&lt;a href="http://boasmigas.blogspot.com/2010/01/ensalada-de-pina-kiwi-e-alcachofas.html"&gt;ensalada de piña, kiwi e alcachofas&lt;/a&gt;" e ca "&lt;a href="http://boasmigas.blogspot.com/2009/04/ensalada.html"&gt;Ensalada mixta&lt;/a&gt;" que xa teño subidas ó blog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mel e mostaza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mesturar unha cucharada de mostaza con dúas de aceite e engadir unha de mel, outra de zume de limón, sal e pementa. A textura tamén é moi variada, pero a pesares de que a moita xente lle gusta que sexa totalmente líquido, a min gústame que deixe manchado o vaso ó bebelo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Das receitas que atopei en internet, &lt;a href="http://miraquefaciles.blogspot.com/2008/07/receta-de-la-crema-de-orujo-galega.html"&gt;esta&lt;/a&gt; foi a que máis me gustou.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Augardente (a nosa era de 50º)&lt;br /&gt;Dous botes de leite condensada pequenos&lt;br /&gt;Un bote de sirope de caramelo&lt;br /&gt;1/2 bote de sirope de chocolate&lt;br /&gt;Auga (para axeitar a textura)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mesturar os siropes e a leite condensada. Medir a augardente polo bote de leite condensada e engadir dous botes. Teño que loitar contra o impulso de compralos... Xa teño uns cantos na casa e non me da tempo a leelos todos, aínda así, cóstame moito resistirme.&lt;br /&gt;Moitas veces vou a unha tenda coa intención de comprar un libro determinado e acabo saíndo con outro diferente... (xa dixen que non son capaz de resistirme?).&lt;br /&gt;A min gústanme os libros con fotos, e que non sexan únicamente de cociña. Como son unha novatilla, interésame todo o que hai ó redor das diferentes receitas. Pero casualmente, estes libros son sempre os máis caros...&lt;br /&gt;Fai algún tempo fun a FNAC e atopei un libro que me comprei sen pensalo: Culinaria Italia da editorial H.F. Ullmann. &lt;a href="http://www.derecoquinaria.com/fichagrande.asp?ID=9203"&gt;(Reseña&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;Non é un simple recetario, senon que presenta a gastronomía italiana e os aspectos relacionados con esta (sociais, históricos, culturais...), dunha forma moi amena. Estructurado segundo as diferentes rexións do país, recolle os platos máis tradicionais de cada zona, viños, queixos, costumes, licores, productos principais, etc. Fuxindo do típico de solo pizza ou solo pasta.&lt;br /&gt;Ten unhas cincocentas páxinas, moitas fotos e explicacións de distintas preparacións. Costoume algo menos de 10 euros, o que me pareceu tirado de prezo para o que costan normalmente os libros de cociña.&lt;br /&gt;A miña sorpresa foi maiúscula cando doutra volta na FNAC atopei que forma parte dunha colección formada por ao menos 4 libros máis (cada un deles ao prezo de 9.95€): &lt;a href="http://www.derecoquinaria.com/fichagrande.asp?ID=8216"&gt;Culinaria Rusia&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="http://www.derecoquinaria.com/fichagrande.asp?ID=9204"&gt;Culinaria Francia&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="http://www.derecoquinaria.com/fichagrande.asp?ID=9125"&gt;Culinaria Grecia&lt;/a&gt; e &lt;a href="http://www.lalibreriadelau.com/catalog/product_info.php/manufacturers_id/469/products_id/29126?sid=b572d8f3b0a3a148388f04b06a887c6b"&gt;Culinaria España&lt;/a&gt;. Exprimir os limóns e reservar a pel. Bater as &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;yemas &lt;/span&gt;e engadirlles a leite condensada e o zume de limón.&lt;br /&gt;Montar a nata por un lado e as claras de ovo por outro lado. Engadir a nata montada á primeira mestura e remover ben. Finalmente engadir as claras de ovo.&lt;br /&gt;Servir en copas. Entramos porque xa era hora de comer e aínda que por fora tiña moi boa pinta, tampouco nos fixemos moitas ilusións. Sen embargo, ó entrar xa vimos que era un sitio especial, con caracter de seu.&lt;br /&gt;Ahora xa non recordo moi ben o que comemos (creo que ensalada, chipiróns e algo maís), pero recordo que estaba todo boísimo. Fóra ten unha terraza-campo no que se está de vicio tomando un café. Non sei... A súa situación fai que nos meses de verán sexa complicado conseguir unha mesa sen reserva. Non é un sitio barato, pero é moi recomendable para ir un día a cear.&lt;br /&gt;Cada ano, en setembro, convírtese nunha visita obrigada para a miña familia. O menú pouco varía para nós, que cando nos conquista un prato gardámoslle fidelidade. A carne á pedra é o principal reclamo que nos leva alí, unha carne tenra crúa que cada un vai cociñando sobre a pedra ata atopar o punto perfecto. Ademáis unha boa ensalada mixta, chipiróns encebolados e algún pescado da ría e viño albariño da casa (que lles sae boísimo todos os anos), son as miñas recomendacións. Aínda que a empanada, a mariscada e acaldeirada de raia tampouco están nada mal. E se aínda queda ganas de postre, sempre teñen varias tartas feitas na casa.&lt;br /&gt;O dono do restaurante anda por entre as mesas e os camareiros (moi amables) a pesares da rotación de personal que hai nestes sitios tan turísticos, mantéñense ano tras ano. Cortar o xamón en taquiños moi pequenos.&lt;br /&gt;Poñer nunha pota catro culleres de aceite, a mantequilla e a fariña. Mesturar todo e deixar cociñar un pouco. Salar. Ir engadindo o leite sen deixar de remecer. Deixar cociñar un ratiño e engadir o polo e o xamón. Cociñar outro pouco e sacar a masa a unha fonte para que enfrie. Deixar repousar unhas 10 horas.&lt;br /&gt;Dar forma á masa, pasala por ovo e logo pan raiado. Deixar cocer e cando se evapore a auga, engadir un vaso mais. Cando se volte a evaporar engadir un choriño de aceite e deixar fritir un ratiño. Fritir as patacas e bater os ovos. Mesturar todo, poñer un pouco de sal e facer a tortilla.&lt;br /&gt;Nota: Cortar a berenxena e deixar un ratiño en auga cun pouco sal para que perda o amargor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Nota extraculinaria&lt;/span&gt;: Desculpas ós meus invitados por abusar da berenxena durante a súa estancia, pero nos Ancares non temos moita tradición vexetariana e a todo se lle engade un pouco de xamón ou chourizo ;). Sushi (Florida, 10) é un dos restaurantes de comida xaponesa de Vigo. Coñecino porque se vives en Galicia, é moi probable que cada vez que escribes algun mail en gmail ou fas algunha búsqueda en Google relacionada con comida xaponesa, apareza nos Adwords. Ahora non deben ter unha campaña tan agresiva, pero o ano pasado aparecia constantemente. E por obra e gracia da publicidade creouseme a necesidade de ir.&lt;br /&gt;O local é moi pequeno, con poucas mesas, pero cunha ambientación agradable e xaponesa (ou eso creo, porque nunca estiven en Xapón).&lt;br /&gt;Escollemos, pedimos e mentras nos preparaba o cociñeiro a comida, puxéronnos uns entrantes para matar o gusaniño. Uns saquiños deliciosos e un pouco de ensalada. O sushi tamén estaba boísimo, con salmón e tamén con atún vermello.&lt;br /&gt;O problema, como na maior parte dos xaponeses deste estilo, é o prezo, pero é asumible para ir de vez en cando. Ahora que cambiaron a web por un &lt;a href="http://www.ohsushi.es/"&gt;blog&lt;/a&gt;, xa vin algo que me apetece moitísimo &lt;a href="http://www.ohsushi.es/sushi-variado-para-uno/trackback"&gt;probar&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Tamén levan a comida a domicilio, a pena é que non vivo en Vigo, senon volvería a caer e pediríaa a través dos Adwords!&lt;br /&gt;Ata fai pouco pensei que era o único que había en Vigo, pero polo menos hai outros dous: Vigo Kyoto (Cuba, 28) e &lt;a href="http://www.yosikomosushi.es/"&gt;Yosikomo Sushi&lt;/a&gt; (Alfonso XIII, 12). Poñer nunha sarten o aceite, quentalo ben e poñer a cebola a pochar. Engadir o curry e o polo e deixar que este se cociñe un pouco. Engadir a zanahoria + patacas + fariña + auga. Deixar que se cociñe todo durante uns 30 minutos aprox. e engadir o iogur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;NOTA: Engadir o iogur antes de tempo pode ser unha pesadilla... Poñer a sepia encima facendo presión cunha ferramenta de madeira para que toda a superficie estea en contacto coa superficie da sarten. Esperar a que se poche e engadir o tomate. Pochar de novo todo e engadir os puerros, patacas e zanahorias. Deixar pochar un pouquiño e engadir a auga ata cubrir a verdura completamente. Poñer sal e pementa ó gusto. Cando leve un ratiño fervendo, engadir as berzas e navizas.&lt;br /&gt;Observacións: pódese engadir calquera verdura. Manter a cocendo, a lume baixo e removendo para que non se pegue. Deixar enfriar.&lt;br /&gt;Laminar as fresas. Montar a nata e botarlle azúcar.&lt;br /&gt;Poñer a base de biscoito e cubrir --&gt; nata - fresas - nata. Poñer a outra capa do biscoito e cubrir con nata. Cubrir tamén os bordes de nata. Engadir fariña á mestura ata que quede unha masa homoxénea e cun pouco de consistencia. (A maior cantidade de fariña, máis duras quedarán as galletas). Deixar repousar a masa na neveira durante algo máis de media hora. Estendela cun rodillo (1 cm de grosor +/-). Deixar enfriar estirado nunha bandexa.&lt;br /&gt;Facer un condimento para o arroz quentando medio vaso de vinagre e disolvendo nel unhas culleradas de azúcar. Deixar enfriar.&lt;br /&gt;Cando estén frios, pulverizar o arroz co condimento.&lt;br /&gt;Cortar o salmon en tiras. Para eso, a mellor parte do salmón é a cola. Ten que ser crudo, así que debe estar previamente conxelado.&lt;br /&gt;Estirar a plancha de alga e salpicar un pouco co condimento para que abranden (moi pouco, que son fráxiles e rompen). Poñer arroz encima da plancha, tendo en conta o grosor que queremos que teñan os bocadiños finais. Colocar a tira de salmón sobre o arroz e enrrollar a alga.&lt;br /&gt;Deixar enfriar na neveira durante media hora. Se está moi líquido engadir fariña e se está moi sólida engadir auga. Punto exacto: cando non se pega nas mans e é unha masa homoxénea. Esta masa faise cos dedos e é bastante pringosa.&lt;br /&gt;Engadir os ovos e as xemas ata que teñamos unha masa ben ligada e homoxénea. Meter uns 10 minutos no conxelador.&lt;br /&gt;Aplanar coa axuda dun rodillo a masa ata darlle un grosor duns 5 mm. Deixar fritir un pouco e engadir a cebola e as setas. Cando se frita todo pasar pola batidora ata que quede ben triturado.&lt;br /&gt;Poñer a pasta de setas triturada na mesma tixola e engadirlle a nata remecendo de forma que non queden grumos. Engadir a pementa e o sal (a mestura admite bastante sal).
